All content on jp189, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other materials, is the property of jp189 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from jp189 without our express written permission. The jp189 name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
These Terms are governed by international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp189 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of jp189 services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and jp189. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
jp189 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gaming, using the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, suspicious or irregular betting patterns, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon account termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination results from your violation of these Terms. If your Account is terminated for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to jp189.
